How to buy and sell real estate!

   I am a real estate specialist, and my goal is to provide all the information that you need to do home searching with no pressure from an agent to buy or sell. I don't want to sell you a house. I want to help you find the home of your dreams while getting the best deal possible - from finding a low interest loan, to getting out of paying closing costs. Don't make the mistake of dealing directly with listing agents when purchasing! Their job is to get the best deal for the seller. My Job is to get the best deal for YOU! Do you want to know how much the owner paid for the house they are selling and when? Don't bother asking the listing agent. He can't tell you. I can!

   The MLS does not allow addresses to be published on the internet, however, contact me anonymously through Visitor Toolbox. Email or call, and I will email to you an even more detailed listing page with the address and directions so you can shop for homes with as little hassle as possible.

   Always remember -

  • Prior proper planning, prevents poor performance!
  • Eliminate as many problems as possible up front!

Your Home as an Investment


The mortgage industry is working hard to make more services available online. They are gearing up to deliver one-stop shopping for their real estate industry clients by making property assessment, flood, title and closing products available online. I'm excited by how this will allow me to give even better service to you.

Robert J. Bruss in his article "12 ways to earn your first profit when you buy" (1) says, "Treat every real estate purchase, especially houses, as an investment rather than an emotional purchase. ...it is very difficult to buy your personal residence without becoming emotionally involved. But the smartest home buyers treat home purchases as both a place to live and a long-term investment."

I am pleased to be able to share my experience with my clients. I have developed expertise in finding sound investment properties that can also feel like home. My clients have found it helpful to have someone to guide them in their process of buying and selling homes.
