My name is Chuck Lassen your professional agent who specializes in the sales and marketing of properties throughout the Southern Idaho area. I have been involved in Idaho real estate long enough to know that if I do not serve you well, you will never do business with me again. Therefore, rest assured you will be getting the best assistance and service available in Southern Idaho.

I know that selling or buying a home can be both exciting and stressful, so I will put all of my experience, expertise, skills and integrity to work to attain your goals while giving you peace of mind.

I was raised in Southern Idaho and can remember when Blue Lakes Blvd. had trees and big homes lining the street. I attended College of Southern Idaho when the classes were held at Twin Falls High School in 1967. While growing up, I was able to be involved in farming as well as being around every part of Southern Idaho.

As with many of my age, I left for Creighton University in 1969 where I had the pleasure of traveling throughout the United States with the Athletic Department. Therefore, I know what it is like in Chicago, Cleveland, Buffalo, Providence and especially Omaha in the winter. Those from Southern Idaho have never felt real cold, unless you have been in those cities during the winter.

After graduating in 1972, I worked for a Fortune 100 Corporation which allowed me to live in Colorado, Oregon, South Texas, Southern California, and Arizona. Compared to the cold of the Midwest and Northeast I have a greater understanding of what heat is like, as well. Once again, those from Southern Idaho have never felt real heat unless you have been in Phoenix, Arizona when it is 122° or Corpus Christi, Texas in July. Shoveling 150 inches of snow over a winter season Larkspur, Colorado is an experience everyone from Southern Idaho should experience.

In 1984 we left the Corporate endeavors to pursue a life more conducive to being married and involved ourselves in the area of finance and computer systems integration. Became a Vice President of a Mortgage Banker which helps tremendously in the Real Estate market today. When the RTC became prevalent in the late 80's and early 90's we became involved in computer marketing of properties which led to computer systems integration programs.

Since 1992 we have been involved in the marketing design of many Master Planned Communities in North Phoenix - North Scottsdale, AZ; El Paso, TX and Cabo Pacifica, Mexico. In fact, if you are aware of the growth in the Phoenix metro area you would find that most of the large projects have had initial processing through one of my computers.

It is our goal to take the experience and expertise acquired over the years to assist our clients with their dream or endeavor in real estate, to make the process as easy as possible. We take the approach of being a Steward for your real estate investment for now and in the future.

If you are seeking a service-oriented real estate professional, then call or e-mail me today.
